戴维·约翰逊，Davey Johnson was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, birthplace of Dick Cavett and Henry Fonda. At the age of nine, he was run over by a van, broke his leg, and spent a month and a half in the hospital, where he decided to stop pursuing sports and start a relationship with the stage.
