Sergei Davidoff，Born in Siberia, Russia. After serving in the Russian military as a tank driver, studied film and photojournalism at the University of Moldova USSR, then directed short documentaries at the Moldova Film Studio (USSR). In 1996, won The Stan Kamen Scholarship and was accepted to The American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
