Shannon O'Kelley White was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and currently resides in New York City. She debuted in 'Beth B's' suspense documentary Visiting Desire (1996). She appeared in Katrina del Mar's "Gang Girls 2000" as a member of the Glitter Girls gang.
