墨里西欧·德斯特里，Destri was born in Criciúma, Santa Catarina. During adolescence he moves to São Paulo, where he intends to do theater. While attending the theater course of the "Institute of Art and Science (Indac)", he would deliver pamphlets, do research and, when he participated in the brigade of waiters of the restaurant Spot he was invited by the casting producer of the network. In three years, Destri has already integrated the cast of three novels in Rede Globo. His trajectory on the television station began in 2011, when he accepted the responsibility of living the Prince Dom Inácio in Cordel Encantado, then realized the childhood dream of acting in Malhação, playing Kiko, a dazzled actor. In 2013 he played Vinny Rabelo in Sangue Bom, son of Damáris (Marisa Orth) and Wilson (Marco Ricca). In 2015 he plays Benjamin, his first protagonist in I Love Paraisópolis, along with Bruna Marquezine. In 2016 he lived his first villain, Ciro in the first phase of the novel A Lei do Amor. In 2013, Maurício starred in the short film Antes de Palavras.
