Octavian O. came to the United States from Eastern Europe at the age of ten, with his parents. He had a passion for film cameras, art, music and photography. Growing up in cities like Detroit, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and South Florida, Octavian developed an appreciation for different cultures and people of all walks of life.
