Joey Cabell，Champion regularfoot surfer Joey Cabell was born in 1938 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Cabell grew up on the beach at Waikiki and first began surfing at age seven. Joey established himself in the late 1950's as an expert surfer of exceptional polish and versatility who could deftly ride waves ranging two to twenty-five feet tall.
