Thomas Kemp was born on July 5th, 1981 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Patricia Ann and Durward Davis Kemp, Jr. He has two older brothers, David and Chris Kemp, and several nieces and nephews. In 1992, Thomas and his parents moved to San Angelo, TX. where Thomas attended a small school in Paint Rock, TX.
