Sarah Brown Carter，Born in Toronto, Sarah is a Canadian/American actress and dual citizen. She spent her childhood in Germany and Atlanta, Georgia; starting her acting career on stage in Germany at the early age of three and acting on film in Atlanta in her early teens. She continued her acting career while studying in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ohio and Indiana.
