Rex Baker was born and raised in Rochester,New York. As a teenager he spent most of his younger years in sports and athletic activities which lead to his interest in lifting weights.This interest lead him to pursue competitive bodybuilding for 20 years which in turn he became one of the top National Heavyweight Bodybuilders in the country.
