Josh Outzen，Joshua Randolph Outzen was Born in Redwood City, CA, Aug. 19,1995. He lived in California for 11 years until moving to Soldotna Alaska in 2007. In 2009, moved to Parker Colorado. He played multiple sports until junior year of High school when he did his first theatre play then later turning to film after graduating from High school.
