Tiara Jamison was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. While living in Portsmouth, Virginia she attend Israel Charles Norcom High School and Norfolk State University. She is of African American and Caucasian ancestry. Jamison moved to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 19.
