Theresa Cook was born Theresa Sutera in Xenia, Ohio (USA) on April 20,1978. Her parents divorced when she was 2 and Theresa grew up in Centerville, Ohio with her father, Richard Sutera, a mechanical engineer. Theresa graduated from Hoffman Estates High School in Hoffman Estates, IL in 1997.
