Kimberley Furst，Raised in Virginia horse country, Furst trained in poetry and theater at James Madison University. At the British Institute in Florence, Italy, she continued her studies in Italian Neo-Realist Film and creative writing. On return, Furst was hired at the local ABC affiliate WHSV TV3 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, as a field photographer and film editor.
