A very precocious and highly talented person, Ramona started acting at the age of 12. She also wrote, produced, directed and starred in her own work at 17 years of age. Also, in less than ten years of her acting career, Ramona already has a long line of no less than 25 film and TV roles to her credit. Both of her parents are native Hongkongers who reside in Hong Kong and the United States. Although we do not know the names of her parents, Ramona said her father is a psychologist and a professor while her mother works in the Navy. Ramona Young’s early education took place on and off in both Hong Kong and the United States. However, there are no details of where she attended Elementary and High School. Reliable sources have it that she went to California State University in Los Angeles from where she graduated with a degree in Theater, Art, and Dance.
