爱德华·T·诺里斯，Edward T. Norris is an actor, known for The Wire (2002) and Jack the Ripper in America (2009). A 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department who became Police Commissioner of Baltimore, Maryland in 2000. In 2003, he became Maryland State Police Superintendent. He occasionally acted on The Wire (2002).
