William Clemens，American director of second features. A former editor, he was signed to a five year contract at Warner Brothers in 1936, during which he handled several of the Nancy Drew mysteries. After 1941, he worked at Paramount and RKO, for the latter notably on four instalments of the 'Falcon' series, starring Tom Conway.
