Debbie Hartner was Born Debra Anderson in Deland, Fl. December 22, 1970. She was the youngest of 3 children to George and Jean Miller Anderson. She has a brother Ronnie, sister Elsie. Debbie spent her entire childhood on a small farm in Osteen, Florida. She is married to Ben Hartner.
