Al Quinn was born in New York City. He studied drama at Ben Bard's School of Drama in California in 1951. Al's professional debut was "Desire Under The Elms". Another play included an old time melodrama "The Drunkard's Daughter". His breakthrough, as a principal actor, was in the feature film "Smokin' Stogies".
