Jordan Shade was born in South Africa in a town called Springs, in the province of Gauteng. Jordan grew up in a small town called Heidelberg which was named after the town in Germany. Although growing up as an Afrikaans speaking child, Jordan always showed a great interest in the English language and also excelled in the language at school.
