Kelsa Kinsly is from Vancouver, British Columbia on Canada's west coast. Her first break was at radio station 99.3 The Fox, where she learned the art of radio. She hosted numerous TV shows and won many acting jobs in her home town, before relocating to Toronto in 1998.
