Frank Crandell，Born in Mankato, Minnesota in 1952 to John & Marie, the family moved to Southern California's Los Angeles suburbs in the spring of 1958. Frank's father worked for a Dairy Plant in South Gate, California, as did Frank in 1976. Frank started becoming interested in TV & movies as a child.
