Jeff Breslauer，Actor, puppeteer, writer and voice-over artist, Jeffrey Breslauer was born in the Bronx and raised in Levittown, Long Island. After graduating with a degree in Broadcasting from Hofstra University, Jeff began his performance career in New York in the mid-1970s.
