Nikki Giavasis was born in a small town in Ohio. She was raised by her father Nick who she is named after and her mother Sue. Nikki is the only girl from a family of four brothers. Nikki is the second youngest sibling in the family. She has three older brothers and one younger brother. Nikki's younger brother is named Lee.
