Vic Noto，Born and raised in New York City, Vic attended several colleges under the G.I. Bill after his Military service as an Aerial Photographic Intelligenceman/Navy Diver in the Naval Air Fleet aboard a Patrol Squadron in the Elite U.S. Navys Hunter/Killer Combat Aircrew division.
