Lilit Movsisyan has graduated from the Feature Film Directing Department of the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema. In 2011, she premiered her first feature full-length film Ashtray. In 2010, Lilit won the Best Screenwriter Prize at Moscow's 3-rd Annual International Film School.
