David A. Sarich received a dual degree in Film Theory and Philosophy of Art from Georgia State University, and went on to attend the graduate film program at New York University and the School of Visual Arts. While attending S.V.A., David made his first film, The Finger, a 16mm short experimental film paralleling the Van Gogh ear legend.
