Tracy Lynn Smith，Tracy is the daughter of Charles and Linda Smith, and is the youngest of 4 children. Her siblings include sisters Karen Yvonne(CoCo), Maria(Mer), and brother Charles Jr.(Chuck). Before retiring, Tracy's father was a Naval Officer which allowed the family to live overseas in countries like Japan and the Philippines, before settling in San Diego.
