Rui Delgado，Born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic the 21st of August, 1987. His mother, Rosanna Reynoso Capellan, named him Fernando Arturo in honor to past members of the family. Although, that name didn't last for long, his name was changed three days after his birth.
