David Frias，David J. Frias was born and raised in New York City. Son of Jose Richiez and Zoila Frias, who were both born and raised in the Dominican Republic. His parents came from a life of poverty to obtain a better life in the United States. They raised 7 kids and put 3 through college, they have been his inspiration.
