Kacee Devoe，Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Kacee dreamed of being a filmmaker as a child. In 2006, Kacee landed a internship on the indie feature "BlackOut", which later parlayed into a internship in Los Angeles, CA. While working in LA, Kacee met Casting Director Leah Daniels-Butler who immediately began mentoring her.
