Ernst Eder grew up in Alsace, France. Since 1982, he has owned and operated La Boheme. A former professional modern dancer and arts magazine publisher, he now focuses on his restaurant, philophosy and Argentine Tango. He is fluent in French and German, and enjoys traveling.
