Joell A. Jacob，Joell Ann Jacob was born in Providence, RI and started performing on stage when she was a child through public school programs. As an adult, she obtained her Cosmetology license and starting working as a Make-up artist for television, video and film while continuing to perform in local theater and occasional on camera acting gigs.
