Steven Leslie Horowitz，Prior to his retirement in November 2011, Doctor Horowitz practiced otolaryngology at the Advocate Health Center in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood. He was graduated as a medical doctor by Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1975. The following year he completed an internship at Philadelphia's Hahnemann University Hospital.
