Jesi Mullins was born and raised in Crookston, MN to parents Richard and Lynnette Mullins. After being recruited from a high school performance as Catherine in "Pippin" Jesi earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatrical performance degree at the University of North Dakota.
