Victoria O'Rourke was born in Paisley, Scotland, but grew up in Crosshouse, a small village in Kilmarnock. She achieved good grades at school, but singing and acting were always a priority. She began singing at age 5 and acting upon starting secondary school. At age 15, she toured Atlanta with local bands and choirs.
