Alex Gessner was born in Washington, DC to a family with loving parents and one older brother. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2006 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering (magna cum laude), he traveled to India and eventually took a job in Mysore and Bangalore with Infosys Technologies Ltd.
