Kabir Bokul，Prominent lyricist of Bangladesh, Kabir Bakul was born on 21 November, 1966 in Chandpur, East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). He started writing poems and songs from 1986-1987. In 1993, Kabir Bakul joined The Daily Vorer Kagoj as a journalist. In 1998, from the very beginning of The Daily Prothom Alo, he was Assistant Features Editor there until 2011.
