Victoria Halper，Born in Toronto, Canada to Austrian parents, Victoria Halper grew up in Brampton, Ontario and studied Theatre & Drama Studies at the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. After graduating, she moved to Austria, where she has worked on and behind the stage at the Volkstheater Wien, Schauspielhaus Graz and Sommerspiele Melk.
