Brian Pernell，Born in Henderson North Carolina to parents William E. and Carol F. Pernell. Brian spent most of his childhood and teen years in the Central Florida area of Tampa and Orlando. Brian attended East Lake High School from 1988 to 1992 in Tarpon Springs Florida with the cast and crew of Palm Harbor Vice.
