Lee Bumgarner，Born and raised in North Carolina, Lee Bumgarner has been writing stories sense grade school. After High school his passion for film making went into over drive. He attended Film school in Wilmington NC where he really got his feet wet writing and producing several projects for the school and the learning channel.
