Jeffery Masci was born on February 3rd, 1994 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. His parents are Terry and Angela. At age 6, Jeffery was diagnosed with a mild intellectual disability. He was educated and graduated from Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology with area of focus in Digital Film Production.
