Jeffrey Oliphant was born in Miami, Florida. The last of eight children, he was raised by his mother who worked as a live-in Nurse and a restaurant cook to make ends meet. Jeffrey's brothers and sisters provided the watchful eyes his mother needed while she provided for the family.
