Howard McNair，Howard was born in London on April 28th 1968. He has a Jamaican background and has lived & worked in London all his life. He has traveled the world extensively during his formative years at University. He has worked as a caregiver for 14yrs with autistic children & adults with challenging behavior for 14yrs.
