Josh Holden Hume，Born Joshua Eugene Hume, in Sterling, Colorado, Josh gained a love of film at an early age, watching everything he could, which was difficult given the fact that the nearest movie theater was 40 miles away. This changed when he moved to Sidney, Nebraska where he graduated from high school and wrote movie reviews for the local paper.
