Richard Grove，Ricky Grove was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1955. He attended Arizona State University where he earned a BFA in Directing. Not long after graduation, Ricky was accepted at the Yale School of Drama in the late 1970's. He received in Master's Degree in Acting in 1983 and moved to New York City not long after.
