Senta works in a gallery and is friends with Rainer. He will leave her on her 35th birthday. Her plans to receive an art scholarship also fail. Senta is disgusted by her employer for using her own urine. One day she meets Thomas in the pub, who works as a system administrator and is rather unromantic. While Senta is having an affair with Thomas, Rainer reappears. A special feature of the film is that Senta speaks to the viewer in every scene.
