Shiva the Universal cop has left the police department and has returned to his home town Cinemapatti. He is brought back in to resolve a crisis situation. Once the situation is handled, Shiva is requested to join the department by the Commissioner of police., but he refuses and walks away. P, a dreaded don who poses a threat to the society kills Shiva's wife. Shiva is forced to rejoin the department and he tries all the possible ways to nab and destroy P.
