Trevor and Lucas are two friends who set out on a road trip to Lucas' home town. After stopping for a night to rest, the two feel something strange is happening after the Internet, all power and eventually cell phone reception become non-existent. They look for answers by leaving in search for a gas station, only to find everything abandoned and the only "people" around are trying to kill them, and the only evidence they have is Lucas' camera as they capture the whole thing.
