Joe Starling,a failed artist,returns to his hometown in search of life's meaning and finds himself caught up in a number of predicaments not of his making. Along the way, Joe encounters ghosts from the past that wreck havoc with the present and could destroy his future. Only time will tell if Joe Starling is able to come to terms with the hand that he has been dealt.
