Two girls with homosexual tendencies Valentina (Demy) and Kelly (Malu) decide to open a luxury brothel "the Rose Blue Light" (hence the title in English). Then Kelly gets entangled with the law and the policeman who investigates. Kelly gets hopelessly smitten by her beauty.
